when is the right time?
I always thought it was good to wait to have sex… but when is the right time. I always wondered what it meant to wait…some say until you feel comfortable and know what you are doing…wait until you know exactly how you are feeling. But in this day and age people take sex very lightly. I know its different when one is older because when you are dating, it doesnt matter whether you wait for 1 day or 6 months…you know exactly what you are getting into. Question is, “does a guy look at a woman differently if she gives it up too fast?” Again, I think it depends on what one is looking for in the relationship. If you are looking to just have fun then hey…go ahead. But, if you are looking for a serious relationship that could even lead to marriage I say WAIT. Reason being that you need to give yourselves time to get to know each other well. I think on the guys part…whether its in this day and age or back then…they feel a real deep connection to their partner without the sex clouding their judgement. Relationships last longer. Guys have always liked a challenge…keep them wondering. You never know he or she could be the “one”. Everyone wants someone they can grow old with. people, you body is your temple…Guard it. Be sure about what you are doing…Just remember don`t rush…nobody is going anywhere. The right time is when you know with all your heart that this is what you want to do and you are ready. Everyone is different…it`s up to how the individual feels. Just remember never go ahead and give in if you know you will regret it after…You can say NO if the time doesn`t feel right. When you are ready you will know You are READY.
I believe this to be very good advice. One should not come off the path their heart is following. However, if one does want to wait longer for sex, he or she should explain to the other person why they want to wait and that person should consider that if he or she waits too longer, the other person may find someone else.
